HOW TO USE OUR WEBSITE
Prices
Our current price list is available on the Website.
In
the case of Goods and Services, which are not included in
the price list we are happy to provide a quotation on
request.
Our quotations remain valid for 30 days.
Our prices are exclusive of delivery within the UK and
inclusive of Value Added Tax.

Consumer Orders
Eligibility to order goods &
services through Waterside Leisure (UK) Limited
The customer must be over 18.
Goods purchased are to be
solely for personal use and are not for re-sale or any other
commercial gain.
How to Order Goods On-Line
Once you have chosen your
item(s) then place the items in the SHOPPING BASKET
by clicking the box as indicated and when ready proceed to
CHECKOUT.
Stocked Goods will be sent
out on a 1-2 (working) day service. Most Goods are in
stock, but some do have an order period of between 30 – 180
days. If for any reason the delivery extends to more than
30 days, then we will contact you direct to inform you of
any delay.
Checkout
On selecting to CHECKOUT,
you will be asked to confirm that you have chosen the
correct shipping method and changes can be made at this
point if necessary.
You will then be notified
that you are entering our SECURE SERVER and that all
information entered from here will be encrypted. Simply
click to proceed or select CONTINUE SHOPPING.
How to Pay for Goods
Once within the SECURE
SERVER AREA you will be asked to complete your payment
details. You can pay using one of the payment methods
highlighted above.
On completing this section
you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of the
Terms & Conditions.
You will not be able to complete your order unless you
accept the
Terms &
Conditions in the manner shown.
Confirmation of Your Order
Firstly, you will receive a
confirmation of your order by email. Secondly, you will
receive a confirmation that the order is being processed
(Order Acknowledgement) by email.
Despatch & Tracking Your
Order
Thirdly, you will receive a
confirmation that your order has been dispatched by email.
Cancellation, Refund and
Exchange of Goods
As a consumer, under English
Law, you have certain rights under the Sale of Goods Act
1979 and the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1982
and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations 2000. Certain key rights are detailed
below;
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel an order at
any time for any reason up to 7 working days after delivery
of the Goods to you. However, if your order is in respect of
Goods and Services you may only cancel the order before we
start to install the Goods.
You may not cancel an order
in respect of Goods which you have had personalised or which
have been made to your specification.
The process for cancellation
of orders is as follows:
Cancellation of orders must
be made in writing or via email to
swim@watersideleisure.co.uk and marked ORDER
CANCELLATION. In the event that the Goods have not yet
been despatched then you shall incur no charge.
However, if the order has been despatched to you, you shall
be liable for the cost of returning the Goods to us.
On cancellation of your order
within 7 working days of delivery to you, Waterside Leisure
(UK) Limited shall reimburse the cost of the Goods in full
within 30 working days.
It is the responsibility of
the customer to return the Goods, at their own cost, to
Waterside Leisure UK Limited premises. Any Goods returned
under this cancellation procedure should not have been used
and the customer shall have taken reasonable care of the
Goods whilst they were in the customer’s possession.
Changing your mind and
requesting a refund
If you decide you do not want
the Goods, but have not cancelled your order within the 7
working day ‘cooling off period’ as stipulated above, we
may, consider allowing you to cancel your order and/or
providing you with a refund if you have already paid for the
Goods.
Such refunds/cancellations
are entirely at our discretion and if allowed may be subject
to a 20% handling fee depending on the circumstances. In the
case of spas, hot tubs, saunas and garden rooms your deposit
will be non-returnable after the end of the ‘cooling off
period’.
For the avoidance of doubt we
will only consider allowing you to cancel your order or
offer a refund where the Goods remain in good condition and
in the original (undamaged) packaging.
We will not be able to offer
refunds on special order items.
Damaged goods
If Goods are delivered to you
which are damaged, then you need to inform us
as soon as possible in writing to Waterside Leisure
UK Limited, 3 Hayhill, Barrow Upon Soar, Loughborough,
